Not sure whether you need to be seen in person or online? A nurse or scheduler can help you determine the best setting of care to address your need.

Have a medical question that doesn’t require an appointment? An E-Visit, or an online exchange of medical information between you and your primary care provider, may be all that is needed. For certain common conditions, an E-Visit can replace an office visit, which means you won't need to wait for an appointment or leave the comfort of your home.

E-Visits should only be used for non-urgent medical conditions, as it may take up to two days to receive a response from your care team.

How to start an E-Visit with your PCP:

- Log in to MyChart (via the app or a desktop computer).

- In the main menu, under “Find Care,” click “E-Visit.”
